For some time I had this strong desire to reconnect with the friends I made at Camp Sharperoon. Well this week-end I took my first step towards that venture, I drove up to the camp!. Of course I started by photographing the entrance, drove by Green Acres and then headed to Camp Sharperoon. I was greeted by your camp director Craig and explained why I was there. He probably thought I was a little looney, but I hope I made it clear that I was just a little nostalgic and missed my friends. Please understand that for a little girl from East Harlem who had never been any further than the corner playground, Camp opened up a whole new world for me, filled with so many wonderful people.
